Pricing & Finance FAQs

Why are prices shown per eye?
Most treatments are quoted per eye so you only pay for what you need — some patients treat one eye, most treat both. Each eye’s prescription is different, and astigmatism can be present in one or both, so pricing per eye keeps everything transparent. For both eyes, simply double the per-eye price (e.g. laser eye surgery from £3,900 for both eyes).
What is included in the price?
Everything: your surgeon-led consultation and diagnostics, the procedure itself, post-operative medications, protective eyewear, all follow-up appointments through your first 12 months, and any enhancement procedure needed within the first year. There are no hidden extras.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Laser consultations require a £100 holding fee that is fully refunded once you attend and pass eligibility checks. Lens, cataract and ICL consultations carry a £300 fee that is deducted from your surgery cost if you proceed.
Do you offer 0% finance?
Yes — 0% APR is available over 12 months on selected treatments. Longer plans are available at 9.9% APR over 24, 36, 48 or 60 months. Deposits are typically £250 per eye for laser and £1,250 per eye for lens replacement, cataract and ICL, and are deducted from your total. Early repayment is always allowed.
Will my insurance cover it?
UK insurers typically cover cataract surgery with monofocal (distance-only) lenses. Most will not cover premium multifocal lenses or elective laser and lens correction — but finance makes these affordable from around £36/month.
